Terrorists have invaded the White House and taken the President's blah blah blah. Does it really matter? Silent Scope is coming to PS2 on October 26, and it's looking every bit as hot as the arcade version. Rather than running into battle full-tilt like you do in Namco's Time Crisis, Silent Scope puts you on rooftops, in vehicles, and on bridges as an elite sniper charged with picking off the bad guys one by one. Silent Scope is being designed so you can play without any sort of gun accessory; you just line up the target, press a button to call up the zoomed scope view, and take your shot. If you're one of those annoying fools (like The Freshman) who enjoy sniping in other shooting games, then check out Silent Scope when it sneaks onto shelves on PS2 Launch Day.
