Throne of Darkness combines Japanese mythology with Diablo-style RPG action to create a world where samurai armed with swords and spells battle armies of undead and evil spirits.
Set in a fantasy version of feudal Japan, Throne of Darkness combines Japanese mythology with Diablo-style RPG action to create a world where samurai armed with swords and spells battle armies of undead and evil spirits. You'll be able to choose from seven characters, including a ninja, swordsman, archer, and mage, as you travel through ten huge levels in an effort to save the world from the clutches of the Dark Warlord. Multiplayer mode will allow up to 35 players to form clans of seven players each and fight for control of the Dark Warlord's throne in a King of the Hill-style game. You can expect plenty of katana-swinging action when Throne of Darkness ships in early 2001.
