Of course, racing on city byways is illegal, which places the concept firmly in Rockstar's jurisdiction. Choose from a handful of cars and modify them yourself to make the best street-illegal monster machine you can get, then challenge opponents in high-stakes races. Backed-up by the power of the PS2, the Midnight Club should gain a few new members when it hits the US.
