It's time to defend America from invasion as Mission Studios readies the next installment in the popular JetFighter series of flight combat sims--JetFighter IV: Fortress America. In an alternate-reality near-future, Russia and China have joined forces and are invading US shores. Throughout 30 missions, players will fly a variety of planes, including the F-14 TomCat, F-22 Raptor, and F/A-18 SuperHornet, armed with a mighty arsenal of weapons, such as AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles, GBU 24 2000 lb. laser guided bombs, and the electrically driven M61-A1Vulcan Cannon. With 4 times the terrain detail of its predecessor, Jetfighter IV will recreate 50,000 square miles around the San Francisco Bay Area, including well-known landmarks like the Transamerica Pyramid and the Golden Gate Bridge. Multiplayer support will allow up to 16 pilots to battle in deathmatch and cooperative missions. JetFighter IV: Fortress America takes off for stores this fall.
