The true form of Battlefield 2 has been revealed, and it's on the Xbox 360.
EA's mammoth warzone FPS is making its way to the Xbox 360, and this time it's looking the way it's supposed to thanks to the might of the 360. The main improvement made to BF2, which sets it apart from the current generation version, is the graphics. The Xbox 360's rendering and lighting technology has made this the best-looking Battlefield game so far. For example, new facial animations look better and you can see the anguish in the faces of injured enemies. Both the motion blur and all of the textures in the game look significantly superior to past BF games.More Ways to Kill
Three Xbox Live maps, previously available only via download, are also included in the game. And there are four new vehicles, including a van with a mounted mini-gun and a snowmobile. Another enhancement made is the revamped AI in single player mode. Enemies will now use weapons more selectively and provide more of a challenge.
Possess Their Bodies
The HotSwap mechanic of the Xbox version of Battlefield 2 has been altered. No longer will you be blocked from HotSwapping to a character out of your field of vision. Say if a character walks up a flight of stairs and you can't see them, you can still HotSwap them when they turn white in your crosshairs.
The game will allow up to 24 players during online combat, so look forward to filling your buddies with lead when the game releases in March for the Xbox 360.
