The premise is simple enough, but the different races set this game apart from the rest. There are three factions from which to choose, each with a different ideal and method of combat: The Holy Cora Alliance, the Accretia Empire, and the Bellato Union. The Cora is a magic-based race, solely relying on spirituality to do their battles. A country built on religious wars, they are united by their beliefs. The Accretia Empire is a totalitarian faction and the most brutal of the three. They kill in order to expand their empire with the blood of the Bellato and Cora. The Bellato Union fights with machinery and magic. Intelligent and individualistic, this race also employs upgradeable combat mechs. Perhaps the most anticipated feature of the game, mechs have scarcely, if at all, been used in previous MMOs.

In addition to the many classes and jobs that are available, achieving level 30 will unlock even more options, including dual classes, duel wielding, mechs, and guilds. However, the most noteworthy feature of the game is its epic battle system. Instead of battlegrounds or castle raids, there are Crag Battles that take place every eight hours. The Crag is a large mining area, and every ore mined can be traded for in-game currency. The battles that take place give the winning race privileges to mine for two hours. Losing races can still mine on the less rich areas outside the Crag.
