Guts, glory, and gorgeous graphics: that's Unreal Tournament 2007 in a nutshell.

Well, it's about time. If you've been holding out for a massive deluge of information on Unreal Tournament 2007...well, keep holding out, dammit. For now, new publisher Midway (taking over from Atari) is keeping frustratingly quiet. But in the meantime, we've got a double-fistful of luscious, decadent screens that show off this game's almost absurd visual beauty. These screens are so pretty, you'll want to gouge your eyes out to escape the ocular onslaught.

Starting with UT 2004, vehicle combat has grown to be a central theme of the series, and UT 2007 looks to proudly carry on this tradition. Look for returning favorites like the Manta hovercraft, the Raptor jet, the Goliath tank...and even a rumored hoverboard. Then there's the mysterious new mission type, Conquest, which gossipy types have speculated is a cross between the objective-based Assault and the vehicle-heavy Onslaught from UT 2004. Either way, we're down.
