Those of you who didn't get a chance to play Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation on the PSX or PC are in for a treat, as Eidos readies Lara Croft for her Dreamcast debut.

In The Tomb Again
Those of you who didn't get a chance to play Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation on the PSX or PC are in for a treat, as Eidos readies Lara Croft for her Dreamcast debut. This time it's back to the tombs, as Lara Croft heads to Egypt to do a little spelunking, and in the process faces down ancient evil and ghosts from her own past. Even if you've played this before, you might want to check out this version as well, because it's pumped up with the power of the Dreamcast.

A Whole New "Set" of Problems
Lara has unwittingly awakened Set, the evil Egyptian god of death, and now she must find a way to take him down for good. Not only that, but she is also haunted by a figure from her past. What's an intrepid adventurer to do? In high-res versions of the same Tomb Raider levels you all know and love, Lara Croft must vanquish evil and come up with the relics that will summon the Egyptian god Horus, who originally imprisoned Set in the first place. Dastardly puzzles and ingenious traps await you if you can survive the legions of new enemies you'll find deep beneath Egypt.

Tomb Raider 4 Version 3
Will gamers warm to this third release of the fourth Tomb Raider? The preview version had a couple of control issues, based around the design of the Dreamcast controller, but the environments looked sharp, and the game played very much like its PlayStation and PC counterparts. If Eidos rolls with the things that made the series so popular, then The Last Revelation should make a good first Tomb Raider on Dreamcast.
