Rayman 3

What is it that holds Rayman?s body together? Is it gravity? Is it magic? Is it wire? Non?c?est l?amour.

As for Rayman?s seemingly inescapable fate as runner-up in the mascot race, the solution is simple: more detachable limbs. More je ne sais quoi?oh, and a cel-shaded diamond-powered monkey-navigated rocket suit. Researchers at Ubi Soft have yet to come to this realization, however, and so Rayman 3 is just another beautiful, elegantly playable, delectably surreal 2D-platform game sewn from the same pattern as the original Rayman Advance. The preview build featured 48 stages of the same big, well-animated characters and jump-and-grab-lums play mechanics, along with a few new twists: double fist throwing, the ability to hurl your body, and 3D water-skiing levels that were very playable and fun. You can even link up to the GameCube Rayman 3 to download new levels and items. But still?no rocket suit. Ah, c?est la vie.
