Guilty Gear X2 is gorgeous�that�s the first thing you�ll notice before picking your jaw off the ground. The game will feature twice as much detail as other major 2D fighters on the market�the Guilty Gear X series is known to be visually groundbreaking. Thankfully, there was more to the preview version of X2 than just stunning graphics, such as compelling characters and a fighting system that was easy to learn, yet hard to master.The token story concerns powerful biological weapons known as �Gears� and, once again, the Guilty Gear tournament will determine who is potent enough to combat this threat. The 20 characters (six are new) will wield glowing swords, anchors, yo-yos, and even huge lengths of hair to slash each other to death. The fighting system has been refined a bit over the original�s, too, and the added play modes could turn the Guilty series into a respectable fighter.
