You can harness the powers of sound and take on hundreds of enemies at a time in Koeis Dynasty Warriorsstyle science-fiction action game.
Arrrrrrrrr, avast, ye mateys, and prepare to set sail on oceans of blood in Koeis Crimson Soh, wait, its not a game about pirates? Well then, steel thy inner honor and prepare to relive the history of ancient China as await, its not an Asian history game either?! No, indeed, Koeis latest will take you into the surreal depths of space as hero-for-hire Sho and his band of merry misfits take on the Muton Void with the powers of sound, Neo-Psionics, and an arsenal of laser swords.Crimson Sea is a third-person, Dynasty Warriorsstyle action game with an utterly bizarre Final Fantasyesque story and presentation. Enemies from the Void will include animated globs of sentient liquid and biblical swarms of insectoid adversaries that bear down on you hundreds at a time. While the preview build was a winner in both concept and presentation, there were still a few control kinks (stiff character movement, an ineffective lock-on system, and a disorienting camera prone to sharp angle changes) keeping it grounded. Koei hopes to iron those problems out in the final stages of development.
