Hunter: The Reckoning

Take Gauntlet Legends, throw in a few zombies and vampires, and youve got Hunter. Who said pen-and-paper RPG ports had to be boring?
Hunter: The Reckoning is quickly approaching its first-quarter release date, and more info on the game is finally coming down the line. Despite being based on a paper RPG from White Wolf Games, the video version of Hunter will remind gamers more of Gauntlet Legends, Smash TV and other multiplayer slash-'em-up action games. The game will be divided into maps, each one with some mission to fulfill (kill a certain enemy, save innocent bystanders from zombies, and so on). Youll see the action from a forced third-person perspective, making it easy to hop around and attack the hordes of creatures (up to 50 per scene) that are waiting to pounce on you. Swords, guns and assorted bits of magic allow you to dismember vampires, spiders and other supernatural enemies.
Up to four players can roam around each game map at the same time. If you can find four friends and Xbox controllers, then Hunter might be the perfect way to spend a dark evening together.
