Rhythm games and LEGOs may not be the most likely of bed fellows, but the folks at TT Games want to prove otherwise.

LEGO Rock Band takes a more casual approach to the rhythm game genre, giving inexperienced gamers a stepping stone into the virtual rock world, while providing a solid amount of humor for any gaming fan. In LEGO Rock Band players will achieve goals by successfully completing songs, but the visuals play out like little interactive movies; one song tasked players with using the "power of rock" to help LEGO construction workers knock down a building, and at the end of the song the rock will be so epic that it will send the building toppling down.

Another cool aspect of the game is the main menu, which is actually the player's LEGO living room. From here you can build a tour bus to go on the road, access different play modes or customize your band characters. Gamers looking for a more light-hearted rhythm game should keep their eye on TT Games' latest.
