Wow Entertainment�s first attempt at baseball on the GameCube is rapidly nearing completion. And we�ve got the screens to prove it.
We�ve received more screens from Wow Entertainment�s Home Run KING, and with only a month remaining before it hits stores, the game is shaping up to be a very impressive version of GameCube baseball. Although the statistics and customization modes that come standard-issue in other series is all included, the game itself is pure arcade action and hopefully we�ll be seeing a baseball game closer in style to NES and SNES-era titles than the hyper-realism that�s in vogue these days.Not that Sega cheaped out on the visuals. Oh, no. As the screenshots reveal, every major-league player is included in the game, and great pains have been taken to make sure every player acts like his real-life counterpart. So take a long, hard look at them. If you like what you see, then look for Home Run KING in stores March 26.
