The baseball bat is main character Chuck Greene's most basic yet efficient weapon in Dead Rising 2. Combo the baseball bat's fast attacks with two quick left-right swings followed by a third wind-up that will knock a zombie's head clear off. 'It's a homerun, folks!'

Dead Rising 2 is a bloody mess! We didn't notice any real-time damage done to the zombie's bodies when shot with bullets, but blood does streak and stain the floor when zombie's are decapitated, chopped vertically in half, or pulverized with casino chairs. Of course, it is still early in development and zombies may show real-time damage by the time the game hits retail. Additionally, and probably the biggest announcement in Dead Rising 2, combine objects and weapons to create new tools of death. Look closely and you'll see here that a boat oar and chainsaws have been taped together to create a double-sided saber of motorized murder. You'll also see a dirt bike with chainsaws strapped to the handlebars in the newest trailer.

Spiked propane tanks act like sticky grenades in games like Halo and Call of Duty, but pack a bigger punch. Throw spiked propane tanks at a zombie and kite the walking bomb around until you've amassed a huge following of undead to effectively blow up.
