A 1200-pound sprint car with 800 horsepower? It?s no joke?the World of Outlaws will put the power in ?powerslide.?
Developer Ratbag excels at dirt-track racers, and its first console foray is into the World of Outlaws, a sprint car league that already outstrips NASCAR in power and?just maybe?excitement. Short tracks, challenging handling, an insane power-to-weight ratio (800 horsepower in 1200-pound cars!), and massive powerslides will make for wild lead changes and some nasty wrecks. Full car-tuning will join licensed cars, tracks, and drivers, along with a dynamic track surface that gains grooves?and therefore speed?as the race progresses. The early build played great; racing fans should watch for this one.
