The virtual Neopet universe lives on one of the "stickiest" online websites, exceeding a global community of over 12 million monthly visitors who spend hours creating Neopets and socializing with other Neopet owners. And come this winter, you won't need a PC to enjoy the Neopet lifestyle: The new Neopets is a puzzle game coming to the Wii and DS this winter.

Much like Puzzle Quest, each player builds a Neopet character that has basic stats, magic spells, and can bear items of clothing which will reflect on your Neopets portrait. The 12 most popular Neopet species from online will be the only species available in Puzzle Adventure. And even more like Puzzle Quest is the layout of the battle screen and world map of Neopia, which is split into different zones like Disneyland.

The difference between Neopets Puzzle Adventure and Puzzle Quest, however, is the objective of the game. Puzzle Quest plays a "match three" game where you are rewarded for matching three like icons in a row. Neopets Puzzle Adventure is based on the strategy board game of Reversi, aka Othello, a game that's difficult explain so read about it here . Neopet spells can be casted to inflict bonus buffs or special damage restrictions on your enemy. Spells are casted by Pet-Pets and require gems that must be occupied on the game board.

Neopets Puzzle Adventure will not be an online game for the Wii, and will only support local Wi-Fi on the DS.

i used to play it then i found out that it was crap and now there porting this crap plus other crap to the wii which is actually destroying there rep. now this is bull crap and has to stop now!!!!!!!!!!
