Wii vs HD: Do Looks Matter?
We compare two shots of The Force Unleashed head-to-head. On top, the Wii version, on the bottom, the Xbox 360 version.
The Wii's no graphical slouch, but the emphasis is definitely on the motion-controls and not HD visuals.
The controls may be less immersive in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, but the visuals are nearly motion-picture quality.
I. You'll see far more character detail in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of The Force Unleashed. You can tell the Clone Trooper's seen some action in the HD shot, while the Wii's enemy looks relatively pristine.
II. The processing power of the Xbox 360 and PS3 allows for massive, densely detailed landscapes, while the Wii's weaker graphical output favors bright, outdoorsy environments. No surprises here...
III. The Xbox 360 and PS3 version renders some sweet special effects, particularly the energy particles emanating from The Apprentice's lightsaber strikes. The Wii version includes some cool effects too, notably the environmental distortion that Force Push causes around our anti-hero.
IV. Dynamic lighting abounds for the PS3 and Xbox 360. On the Wii... well it can throw down some accurate shadows. That counts for something, right?

But it doesn't explain why Darth Maul is there, all the other jedi that should be dead at this point, not to mention you can play as Episode VI Luke... Oh well, can't wait to see how this one turns out.What do I look like Carnac?? But yes good ?? why is Maul in the and with out his duel lightsaber to boot?? Yeah should have turned out awesome ,Only thing that ticks me off is the different version for the PS3,360*,Wii and PS2, How about making the same freakin' game with the same levels,etc.. For all 4 systems.. How many people can afford all 3 next gen systems?? Not many i'm guessing!! Leave it to GL and company to fleece the public once again..

cant wait till it comes out! going for the wii version. bs that u cant be yoda or the emperer. also that DM doesnt hav his double saber. realy hope that u can fight against cpu in duel mode. games gonna be nasty!

this "Wii is less powerful" is like lame talking for me, have u seen the game "The Conduit" for the wii? Why havent they thought of that before, they have dynamic lights and everything, just check the youtube video: NO LINKS FOR YOU NO LINKS FOR YOU watch?v=8aW9BpamQSA&fmt=18
that is some hightech enginge for a less-powered machine, why arent they even trying for the wii version?

This sucks... yes you can play dual mode but only local... No online -vs- play
