THQ kicks up some serious dirt with its first PS2 motocross game, MX 2002.
THQ is revving up the engine on its motocross franchise with a totally revamped PlayStation 2 offering, MX 2002. MX will feature superstar Ricky Carmichael, along with 30 other pro riders, on real-life and fantasy tracks. This year?s model will include an ultra-realistic physics engine, detailed graphics, and perhaps the first good audio track ever included with a motocross racer. The preview version featured fast and furious racing, along with several extra levels, including stunts and mini-games?the coolest of which was a bus-jumping contest.
