Infogrames throws their hat into the vehicular combat ring and goes head to head with the granddaddy of the genre.

Currently scheduled to be released on the same day as Twisted Metal Black, Motor Mayhem is taking on Sony?s highly-anticipated automotive deathmatch head on. Who will come out on top is still up in the air but Infogrames hopes their twist on the genre will win gamers over. Motor Mayhem?s premise is that vehicle combat has risen in popularity as a spectator sport leading to the formation of the VCL, which is a professional league similar to the NFL or NBA. Of course there are all types of crazy rides with supped-up weapons that reflect the equally crazy athletes. We?ll be back with a Hands On shortly, but till then check out the screens below.
