With all the makings of a classic puzzle game, Neves is heading to the DS.
You know its bad news when you go home to visit your parents and your key no longer works. It's not that they're mad at you, no. They are simply adding to your continuing higher education and challenging you to find the "way in", after all everyone loves a good puzzle!
If you're not to keen on breaking and entering, even if it is family, but are still craving a puzzle-licious challenge, YUKE's new Puzzle game for the Nintendo DS Neves may just curb your craving.
The premise of the game is simple. You are given seven polygons and must arrange using the touch screen to make them to match the image on the top screen. This modern day translation of the classic Japanese game Hanayama's Lucky Puzzle, is anything but simple, and you will feel lucky every time you complete a new puzzle.
For the first few hours I played this game I felt like a participant on some game show rating my intelligence against a grade school kid. The longer I played the more second nature the puzzles became, though they always remained challenge. The game is intuitive and perfect for handheld gaming because you can play for minutes at a time and have a great experience.
With four different game modes, easy Wi-fi head-to-head connection that requires only one game cart, and over 500 puzzles to solve, Neves has countless hours of addictive frustration. This mind bending cognitive experience will keep your puzzle cravings in control and hopefully keep you out of prison.
