Fresh from Electronic Arts for November is a brand new trailer for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars that shows up more than a little of the screen-searing pyrotechnics that'll be on display when the game ships for the PC and Xbox 360 in March, 2007. You want futuristic tanks and gutsy ground troops launching rockets all over the place? You want lasers, explosions, and flame throwers? Grab a peek now.
Not counting expansion packs, Tiberium Wars marks the eighth game in the series that began in 1995, and the first time. Though Westwood Studios, the original developer, was ultimately absorbed by the Electronic Arts juggernaut, the Command & Conquer franchise is still alive and kicking. Tiberium Wars will feature full motion video sequences of stars like Josh Holloway (Lost), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica), Michael Ironside (the voice of Splinter Cell's Sam Fisher), and more.
