Red Octane will be releasing a wireless guitar controller beginning in November at the suggest retail price of $59.99.

"RedOctane has long been committed to offering high-quality videogame accessories for gamers," said Dusty Welch, head of publishing at RedOctane. "Being able to give our fans an option to rock the wireless guitar controller was definitely a priority for us, and it'll provide another exciting experience for players to achieve rock star status!"

According to Red Octane, the new wireless controller will boast a glossy white finish while retaining all the same features of the wired original. No word, however, on whether the guitar shape or style has changed, nor if the new wireless controller will be included with Guitar Hero 2. For fans who already own the original Guitar Hero and included guitar, the sequel's release along with this new wireless guitar controller could mean a very expensive November.
