NBA Live 07: Not a hit with every basketball fan
The group, formed of the founder of fansite NBALive.org as well as editors and moderators from fansite NBA Live Series Center, addressed a letter of complaint to EA Sports, pointing to a forum that details a list of bugs, glitches, and flaws in the game, as well as YouTube videos supposedly showing off a collection of the game's bugs in action
The letter adopts a fiery tone, saying that the game's current state "ignited feelings that EA doesn't care about its fans." Specifically, the letter addresses the CPU teams not using their bench, and overriding player substitutions, leading the letter's authors to conclude that "EA knew the product was defective but proceeded anyway." We've contacted EA Canada for their response, but have yet to receive one.
The full letter is here.
