According to a Security and Exchange Commission filing, the deal involved $99.9 million in cash and Activision stock.

Announced back in May, the deal also carries the potential for a bigger payout for former RedOctane shareholders if certain financial goals are met. The company is set to release the much-anticipated sequel, Guitar Hero 2, some time this fall.
