Coming Thursday: Call of Duty 2 'Invasion' Expansion

IGN reports that Activision is planning to release the third Call of Duty expansion pack via Xbox Live sooner than expected -- this Thursday! The pack will cost 800 Microsoft points.
More Call of Duty 2 action on the way
"Invasion" will feature five new multiplayer maps: Crossroads (set in Antoville, France); Decoytown (set in Alam Halfa, Egypt); Harbor (Rostov, Russia); Newvillers (St. Louet, France); and Normandy (Amaye sur Seulles, France).
The two earlier Call of Duty 2 map packs, Bonus and Skirmish, were surprise hits for Activision and Infinity Ward. The companies are currently developing Call of Duty 3 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
