Online multiplayer-enabled Battlefield 2: Modern Combat demo available for free download on Xbox Live
Courtesy of Kotaku, EA and Microsoft released an Xbox 360 demo version of the online multiplayer-enabled shooter Battlefield 2: Modern Combat as a free download on Xbox Live.The demo is a rather chunky 380 MB in size, so you'll need a bit of hard drive space to store it.
We are very happy to see Microsoft collaborating with third-party publishers to allow Xbox 360 users to get a proper taste of games before dropping a possibly unwanted $60 plus tax.
