Halo 2 Coming to PC via Windows Vista

Halo 2 makes its PC debut on the new Windows Vista platform

Critically acclaimed FPS and top Xbox Live game Halo 2 will make its PC debut on Microsoft's upcoming Windows Vista platform.

Halo 2, the sequel to the original Xbox launch game Halo, has been forecasted to arrive on the PC platform since its Xbox release in November 2003. Finally, a dedicated Microsoft Game Studios team, in partnership with original developer Bungie, will bring the game to PC in the near future.

The PC version of Halo 2 will only be available for Windows Vista, and will feature the original single-player campaign and multiplayer modes from the Xbox version, including all multiplayer maps released in the Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack.

It will also offer gamers the opportunity to create their own multiplayer levels via a level editor.

As of now, there is no official release date for the PC version of Halo 2.
