Mario Party 7 Hits Number One in Japan

The seventh installment sees a lukewarm debut, selling under 100,000 units.

Media Create has released the latest weekly Japanese software sales charts covering the week ending November 13, 2005. Top 100 title sales totaled 559,708 units, 94.6 percent of last week's total and 75.1 percent of the weekly average. Mario Party 7 topped the charts selling a disappointing 83,974 units.
