GameStop.com currently has World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade available for pre-order for $49.99, and lists the release date as July 3rd, 2006. Despite its close relationship with GameStop, EBGames.com lists different information: a much lower price ($34.99) and a release date of July 2nd, 2006.
Blizzard Entertainment's George Wang offered this comment: "We haven't announced a release date yet, but we anticipate that the expansion set will release in 2006. Sorry I can't shed any more light on the subject, but you know how we are!"
