Id Software's anticipated sci-fi shooter hits retail stores today.
Quake 4, the fourth iteration of id Software's popular sci-fi, first-person PC shooter, hits retail stores today for the price of $59.99 for the Special DVD Edition, and $49.99 for the CD-ROM version.Quake 4 follows Earth's final onslaught on the Strong race on their home planet, lead by one super soldier who has become one with the mysterious alien race.
The Special DVD Edition also includes the official making of Quake 4 video, the complete Quake 2 game, and two Quake 2 expansion packs: Reckoning and Ground Zero.
The release date of the Xbox 360 version is yet to be determined.
