Guild Wars Hits One Million Mark

Special edition of NCsoft's popular MMORPG in sight.

Massively multiplayer online games are here to stay. Guild Wars, NCsoft's latest MMORPG, just surpassed the one million user mark in just under six months on the market.

Guild Wars, unlike World of Warcraft, doesn't cost users a monthly fee, but instead charges for content updates.

US based publisher ArenaNet plans to celebrate the million mark by releasing a special edition of the game in Europe on October 21st.
