Ubisoft Picks Up Heroes of the Pacfic

French publisher to distribute the game stateside.
Ubisoft announced that it has signed an exclusive deal with Red Mile Entertainment to publish and distribute the Heroes of the Pacific in North America for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. Developed by IR Gurus of Australia, the game is slated for release in September 28, 2005, for consoles and in October 2005 for the PC."Ubisoft is pleased to bring gamers the intense dogfighting experience of Heroes of the Pacific," said James Regan, director of new business development at Ubisoft. "The realistic and historical environments recreated in this game will launch players into the action-packed skies of the Pacific as if they were part of history themselves."
