Pics of Xbox 360 final unit leaked?

Little by little, the fog surrounding the Xbox 360 is lifting.

When it comes to the Xbox 360, there are definitely more questions than answers. For instance, when will the unit ship in the U.S.? Rumors suggest a November launch, but Microsoft has declined to comment. And what will the final retail price point be? Speculation has suggested $299, but again, Microsoft has refused to elaborate.

And then there's the whole HD-DVD confusion. Will the unit get an HD-DVD upgrade later, will there be an add-on upgrade of some sort, or will Microsoft forgoe HD-DVD support altogether?

At least we know one thing: how the Xbox 360 will look. A series of leaked photographs, taken at a European Microsoft event in Spain, suggest that the unit will indeed sport a fetching iPod-like white finish, as early reports had implied. The photographs of the Xbox 360 conference also show off a slideshow describing the system's specs and abilities, but gives no insight into pricing or a release date.

November is only three months away...
