Larry finds no love by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
Vivendi Universal Games' Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude has been denied certification by Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC), effectively banning it being sold in the country. The OFLC cited its sexual content in the game as reason for not certifying the game, saying it "obscured or implied sexual activity and obscured and partial nudity involving stylised animated characters."
To be sold stateside with an ESRB rating of M for "Mature," the game follows loved deprived (and depraved) Larry and his aspirations to--er, connect with women at the university.
More strict than the board in Europe and U.S., the OFLC also banning Rockstar's disturbing action game Manhunt.
