Call of Duty: Finest Hour Gets Hollywood Talent

Screenwriter Michael Schiffer and 24 actor Dennis Haysbert to be featured in Spark's WWII shooter.

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Finest Hour, the console rendition of the critically acclaimed PC shooter Call of Duty, will feature the Hollywood talents of screenwriter Michael Schiffer (Crimson Tide, Colors) and Dennis Haysbert (actor who plays president in TV show 24). The game is slated for release November 16 on the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and GameCube.

Schiffer has written the game's script, which covers the war from the perspective of American, British and Russian soldiers. Haysbert will narrate the game, and Brian Johnson from AC/DC will play the main character in the British campaign. Haysbert is no newcomer to voice acting in video games, having played Sam Fisher's boss in Ubisoft's Splinter Cell series.
