Microsoft To Relaunch Crystal Xbox in Europe

Crystal Xbox gets re-released in the UK and Ireland for the same price as the regular console.
Microsoft has announced that the Crystal Xbox will return for the UK and Ireland, retailing for 99 GBP ($179 USD)--the same price as the regular Xbox. The console will include crystal joypads, and will also now sell them separately."The response to the Crystal Limited Edition Xbox was so overwhelmingly positive," said Xbox platform and marketing senior director Michel Cassius. "and demand for the console so high that we made a decision to bring back the Crystal Xbox and give even more people the chance to own a beautiful piece of technology."
Originally launched as a limited edition, the clear consoles were so popular that they were also released in the U.S. and Japan. The Crystal Xbox is slated for release on October 8, the same day as the launch of Microsoft's critically acclaimed RPG Fable.
