FFVII-Based Game Coming for PS2

Vincent to star in a new, still largely unknown game.
According to the upcoming issue of Weekly Jump magazine, Square Enix is developing Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, a spin-off with ex-Turks Vincent as the main character.Not much is known of the game, except that a mysterious group called DG has started attacking a peaceful town. Taking place a year after the DVD movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, the game promises to unlock "the last mystery hidden in the world of Final Fantasy VII." One screenshot has Vincent mentioning Rude--possibly indicating the presence of the Turks in this game as well.
The genre of the game has yet to be announced, and the game is slated for release for the PlayStation 2 sometime in 2005.
