Snowblind Renamed Project: Snowblind

Originally known as Deus Ex: Clan Wars, the cyber shooter gets a new name.

Eidos announced that upcoming cyber shooter Snowblind has now changed name to Project: Snowblind. The first-person shooter was initially unofficially known as Deus Ex: Clan Wars, and will be available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC this winter.

Developed by Crystal Dynamics, the game shares much from the Deus Ex series, with players taking the role Nathan Frost, an elite soldier whose abilities are enhanced with cybernetic implants. The protagonist and his squad is stranded in Hong Kong while on a mission, and need to escape using a combination of stealth and brute force. Multiplayer features voice-over IP, and has the standard modes of deathmatch and capture the flag.
