Half-Life 2 Preload Delayed

With the dust just settling from the source code leak, the assets get push back as well.

Valve project manager has stated on the Shacknews forums that the preload of Half-Life 2 assets would be delayed until today. Originally slated for release last week, the delay was attributed to the release of Counter Strike: Source Beta over Steam.

Although there continues to be little bumps in the road to release, the game does tangibly seem to be edging towards release--the game is purportedly in the bug-squashing phase.
