Both games won't see a release until Electronic Arts' 2005 fiscal year.
The Sims 2 and Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault won't see the light of day until July 2004 at the earliest (2005 for Electronic Arts' fiscal year), according to a conference call announcing its Q4 2003 earnings. EA chief financial officer Warren Jenson cited needs to "ensure the game's quality" and "polishing the product" as reasons for the delay. With two high caliber games being pushed back, Electronic Arts is setting its hopes on NFL Street and James Bond: Everything or Nothing for Q4 of 2003.
