Star Wars Galaxies Now Has Vehicles

LucasArts Entertainment has recently made three vehicles available to the Star Wars Galaxies Universe - a Speeder Bike, Swoop Bike and X-34 Landspeeder. Having a vehicle will not only add a lot more flavor to the online Star Wars world, but allow players to travel a lot faster and smoother.The X-34 Landspeeder, although the slowest of the three, is more versatile, allowing players to travel across more treacherous terrain. Star Wars fans may recall the vehicle as the one Luke rode in the original movie. The Speeder Bike is the same one that the Imperial scout troopers used in Return of the Jedi, and has a narrow frame allowing it to pass through narrow areas. Its speed falls midrange between the Landspeeder and Swoop Bike. The Swoop Bike, which makes appearances in KOTOR, is the fastest of the three.
Vehicles are crafted and sold by in-game Master Artisans, and will cost a pretty dime.
