Nokia claims strong launch for N-Gage

Strong claims, but no definitive numbers on sales.
Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has stated that the N-Gage is sold out at many retailers following a "very positive" consumer response."Many outlets sold out of the device during the first day of release,? said Nokia chairman and CEO Jorma Ollila. ?Following on from this, we are seeing strong order intake from distributors and retailers."
However, no figures have been released for the N-Gage's first week of sales, with the only figure that was published being Chart-Track's, showing disappointing sales at UK game retailers.
