The Strategy Wargame to take place in the 1950?s
ProSIM and Shrapnel Games announced today that they're developing a PC game called Raging Tiger: The Second Korean War. Designed by Curt D. Pangracs, a twenty-year Army veteran with tours in Germany and Korea, the strategy game will entice hard-core wargamers with its realistic maps of Korea, recreated using authentic Russian military maps. There will be improvements over ProSIMS? previous game Armored Task Force, including amphibious operations, revamped infantry mechanics, and realistic weather effects.Raging Tiger's campaign mode will be linear and story-driven, but players will be able to jump into any mission at any point, a change from most strategy games with locked missions.
Developed by ProSIM and published by Shrapnel games, Raging Tiger: The Second Korean War is slated for release on the PC in June 2004.
