Not from Soul Calibur IIfrom Namco's other Spawn game.

Todd McFarlane, comic-book celebrity and home-run baseball collector, has been assembling quite a bit of street cred in the game industry as of late. Most fighter fans know by now that both Spawn, his most popular creation, and a brand new character named Necrid are in the home versions of Namco's Soul Calibur II. Not as many people, however, noticed at E3 that Namco's got a standalone third-person action game starring the guy with the axe in the works.

As such, Namco released a handful of new screenshots today from Spawn, an action game due to hit all three consoles in November. It doesn't look too shabby so far; if you're interested, it might be wise to check GamePro's original coverage for more info. (Oh, and don't confuse this game with McFarlane's Evil Prophecythat's a separate title in the works over at Konami.)
