More Killer 7 Screens

Capcom's killer-looking GC exclusive returns anew.

Remember Killer 7? One of the "Capcom 5" GameCube-exclusive titles? Stylish cel-shaded film noir graphics? Lots of violence? Right, that game. There was a rumor going around that Shinji Mikami's newest production was one of the games Capcom canceled last spring, but thankfully this wasn't true after all--Cpcom reaffirmed today that Killer 7's hitting the Cube next year, releasing a handful of new screenshots to prove the fact.

Set in a textureless, avant-garde city of the future, Killer 7 stars Harman Smith, an assassin with seven different personalities and a penchant for killing anyone he deems as "deserving to die." His main target is Kun Lan, an underworld boss with the strange ability to infuse people with "Heaven's Smile" and turn them into violent psychopaths. Kun's force has killed thousands, overthrown entire governments, and even taken the life of Harman's girl Suzy, and it's up to Harman and his seven "partners" to do something about this state of affairs.

GamePro.com will have more on this hot new title as it comes, so stay tuned.
