LucasArts sends over a handful of new screens from the PS2 version of Secret Weapons Over Normandy. Is this what the Battle of Midway was like?
LucasArts Entertainment Company was nice enough today to send over a batch of new screenshots from Secret Weapons Over Normandy, the next-gen update to its classic series of PC arcade combat sims. The game's still due out for the PS2, Xbox and PC sometime later this fall. All these screens are from the PlayStation 2 version.If these pics aren't enough to shake the wax out of your ears, LucasArts has also uploaded a set of two "gameplay teasers" from the PS2 port on the official SWON website. The two ten-second video clips show off two different scenes from the game?a combat snippet from a virtual Battle of Midway, and a test run of the classified XF5U-1 "Flying Pancake" and its assorted guided-missile weapons.
