Sega rains down new images of their GameCube Sonic update upon us, creating a miniature tornado of enhanced models and prettier graphics.
Sega of America sent along a new batch of screenshots today from Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, their GameCube port of the launch title that sold a million Dreamcasts four years ago. The game's still expected to come out this June?in fact, if you grab a copy of the June 2003 GamePro, you'll get to see our full review right now.As mentioned earlier, most of the enhancements in the GameCube Sonic Adventure will be pretty obvious to ex-Dreamcast owners: the graphics have been spruced up a little bit, everything runs at 60 frames per second, and an extra 50 or so missions have been added. There's another big bonus for Sega freaks, too?the entire library of Game Gear Sonic titles (12 in all) can be unlocked as you advance through the main adventure.
Stay tuned for more coverage as the release date nears.
