Free Uncharted 2 map plus chubby heroes this weekend

New map "The Fort" will be available as a free download later this week as part of a planned update to the popular PS3 game.
Naughty Dog has revealed on it's official blog that this week's Uncharted 2 update will include a brand new multiplayer map called "The Fort" as well as some new features to the game's multiplayer menu such as leaderboards for both global and friend lists.
Based on the "Fortress" chapter of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, the Fort is a rectangular map with lots of wide open spaces and what Naughty Dog claims are "excellent flank routes." The new map will be available in all competitive playlists and in the co-op arena playlist.
Also this weekend, look for extra-chubby versions of the game's heroes and villains. Both Drake and Lazarevic will show up looking like they've over-indulged on Thanksgiving goodies.

I am kicking my own ass for not getting this game yet. Gamepro, you guys are way late with this info. It's been all over the Net today. I still got love for ya'll though.

this isn't dlc, its just a lame ass update that's over 100MB to include a map. what a waste.

how the fuck is that a waste? just because you cant afford a ps3 and get U2 doesnt mean you can act like an asshole. its okay to admit that this game is x10 better than any xbox game, EVER made. and who gives a shit if it IS just an update? its free, which is more that we can say about DLC than you can about your fucking online service. youre a waste...of sperm, cunt.

quit fuckin' talkin' to me like you know me, you stupid piece of shit. i have a PS3, and SORRY for not praisin' the game like you do. well i don't, so who gives a fuck about what you think if you cant' respect the opinions of others. and to YOU, you think every PS3 game is better. but to ME, i disagree. i believe NO console has better games. but look on the bright side. i can afford all 3 consoles, and enjoy them whenever i want. because i'm not a hypocrite, nor am i a one-minded asshole who has to ride the dick train 24/7. don't you just LOVE opinions. go back to fuckin' school if you don't know the definition, because i sure as hell ain't gonna teach you it.
