Trine finally coming to PSN this week

It's been a long time coming, but the award winning action puzzle game Trine is finally coming to the PlayStation Store this Thursday.

When it was released earlier this year on the PC, Nobilis' novel physics-based, platform-style downloadable puzzle game Trine was incredibly well received. It won a variety of awards at games industry events like E3, and went on to achieve some very positive review scores. GamePro gave it four stars, noting its "stellar graphics, challenging puzzles, distinct character classes and abilities, and fairytale storytelling," but criticized it for being a little short for the fairly steep price of $30. Many critics noted similar sentiments and suggested that players should hold out for the PlayStation 3 version, which was said to be $10 cheaper.

Trine finally coming to PSN this week

Well, after rather more time that was initially anticipated (the PC version hit back in July) the PlayStation 3 version will finally hit the PlayStation Store this Thursday. Thankfully, the price is confirmed as being $19.99.
